In Spring Framework versions 5.3.0 - 5.3.18, 5.2.0 - 5.2.20, and older unsupported versions, the patterns for disallowedFields on a DataBinder are case sensitive which means a field is not effectively protected unless it is listed with both upper and lower case for the first character of the field, including upper and lower case for the first character of all nested fields within the property path. | ||||
CVE-2021-42550 | 4 Netapp, Qos, Redhat and 1 more | 9 Cloud Manager, Service Level Manager, Snap Creator Framework and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.6 Medium |
In logback version 1.2.7 and prior versions, an attacker with the required privileges to edit configurations files could craft a malicious configuration allowing to execute arbitrary code loaded from LDAP servers. | ||||
CVE-2021-34429 | 4 Eclipse, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 20 Jetty, E-series Santricity Os Controller, E-series Santricity Web Services and 17 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.3 Medium |
For Eclipse Jetty versions 9.4.37-9.4.42, 10.0.1-10.0.5 & 11.0.1-11.0.5, URIs can be crafted using some encoded characters to access the content of the WEB-INF directory and/or bypass some security constraints. This is a variation of the vulnerability reported in CVE-2021-28164/GHSA-v7ff-8wcx-gmc5. | ||||
CVE-2021-34428 | 5 Debian, Eclipse, Netapp and 2 more | 21 Debian Linux, Jetty, Active Iq Unified Manager and 18 more | 2024-11-21 | 2.9 Low |
For Eclipse Jetty versions <= 9.4.40, <= 10.0.2, <= 11.0.2, if an exception is thrown from the SessionListener#sessionDestroyed() method, then the session ID is not invalidated in the session ID manager. On deployments with clustered sessions and multiple contexts this can result in a session not being invalidated. This can result in an application used on a shared computer being left logged in. | ||||
CVE-2021-28169 | 5 Debian, Eclipse, Netapp and 2 more | 14 Debian Linux, Jetty, Active Iq Unified Manager and 11 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.3 Medium |
For Eclipse Jetty versions <= 9.4.40, <= 10.0.2, <= 11.0.2, it is possible for requests to the ConcatServlet with a doubly encoded path to access protected resources within the WEB-INF directory. For example a request to `/concat?/%2557EB-INF/web.xml` can retrieve the web.xml file. This can reveal sensitive information regarding the implementation of a web application. | ||||
CVE-2021-23926 | 5 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 2 more | 8 Xmlbeans, Debian Linux, Oncommand Unified Manager Core Package and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.1 Critical |
The XML parsers used by XMLBeans up to version 2.6.0 did not set the properties needed to protect the user from malicious XML input. Vulnerabilities include possibilities for XML Entity Expansion attacks. Affects XMLBeans up to and including v2.6.0. | ||||
CVE-2021-23901 | 2 Apache, Netapp | 2 Nutch, Snap Creator Framework | 2024-11-21 | 9.1 Critical |
An XML external entity (XXE) injection vulnerability was discovered in the Nutch DmozParser and is known to affect Nutch versions < 1.18. XML external entity injection (also known as XXE) is a web security vulnerability that allows an attacker to interfere with an application's processing of XML data. It often allows an attacker to view files on the application server filesystem, and to interact with any back-end or external systems that the application itself can access. This issue is fixed in Apache Nutch 1.18. | ||||
CVE-2021-22096 | 4 Netapp, Oracle, Redhat and 1 more | 12 Active Iq Unified Manager, Management Services For Element Software And Netapp Hci, Metrocluster Tiebreaker and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.3 Medium |
In Spring Framework versions 5.3.0 - 5.3.10, 5.2.0 - 5.2.17, and older unsupported versions, it is possible for a user to provide malicious input to cause the insertion of additional log entries. | ||||
CVE-2020-7656 | 5 Jquery, Juniper, Netapp and 2 more | 9 Jquery, Junos, Active Iq Unified Manager and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.1 Medium |
jquery prior to 1.9.0 allows Cross-site Scripting attacks via the load method. The load method fails to recognize and remove "<script>" HTML tags that contain a whitespace character, i.e: "</script >", which results in the enclosed script logic to be executed. | ||||
CVE-2020-5421 | 4 Netapp, Oracle, Redhat and 1 more | 39 Oncommand Insight, Snap Creator Framework, Snapcenter and 36 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 Medium |
In Spring Framework versions 5.2.0 - 5.2.8, 5.1.0 - 5.1.17, 5.0.0 - 5.0.18, 4.3.0 - 4.3.28, and older unsupported versions, the protections against RFD attacks from CVE-2015-5211 may be bypassed depending on the browser used through the use of a jsessionid path parameter. | ||||
CVE-2020-36518 | 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more | 48 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Active Iq Unified Manager and 45 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
jackson-databind before 2.13.0 allows a Java StackOverflow exception and denial of service via a large depth of nested objects. | ||||
CVE-2020-27223 | 6 Apache, Debian, Eclipse and 3 more | 22 Nifi, Solr, Spark and 19 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.3 Medium |
In Eclipse Jetty 9.4.6.v20170531 to 9.4.36.v20210114 (inclusive), 10.0.0, and 11.0.0 when Jetty handles a request containing multiple Accept headers with a large number of “quality” (i.e. q) parameters, the server may enter a denial of service (DoS) state due to high CPU usage processing those quality values, resulting in minutes of CPU time exhausted processing those quality values. | ||||
CVE-2020-27218 | 6 Apache, Debian, Eclipse and 3 more | 23 Kafka, Spark, Debian Linux and 20 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.8 Medium |
In Eclipse Jetty version 9.4.0.RC0 to 9.4.34.v20201102, 10.0.0.alpha0 to 10.0.0.beta2, and 11.0.0.alpha0 to 11.0.0.beta2, if GZIP request body inflation is enabled and requests from different clients are multiplexed onto a single connection, and if an attacker can send a request with a body that is received entirely but not consumed by the application, then a subsequent request on the same connection will see that body prepended to its body. The attacker will not see any data but may inject data into the body of the subsequent request. | ||||
CVE-2020-27216 | 7 Apache, Debian, Eclipse and 4 more | 24 Beam, Debian Linux, Jetty and 21 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.0 High |
In Eclipse Jetty versions 1.0 thru 9.4.32.v20200930, 10.0.0.alpha1 thru 10.0.0.beta2, and 11.0.0.alpha1 thru 11.0.0.beta2O, on Unix like systems, the system's temporary directory is shared between all users on that system. A collocated user can observe the process of creating a temporary sub directory in the shared temporary directory and race to complete the creation of the temporary subdirectory. If the attacker wins the race then they will have read and write permission to the subdirectory used to unpack web applications, including their WEB-INF/lib jar files and JSP files. If any code is ever executed out of this temporary directory, this can lead to a local privilege escalation vulnerability. | ||||
CVE-2020-13954 | 4 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 8 Cxf, Snap Creator Framework, Vasa Provider For Clustered Data Ontap and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.1 Medium |
By default, Apache CXF creates a /services page containing a listing of the available endpoint names and addresses. This webpage is vulnerable to a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack via the styleSheetPath, which allows a malicious actor to inject javascript into the web page. This vulnerability affects all versions of Apache CXF prior to 3.4.1 and 3.3.8. Please note that this is a separate issue to CVE-2019-17573. | ||||
CVE-2020-12723 | 6 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Opensuse and 3 more | 21 Fedora, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Snap Creator Framework and 18 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
regcomp.c in Perl before 5.30.3 allows a buffer overflow via a crafted regular expression because of recursive S_study_chunk calls. | ||||
CVE-2020-11023 | 8 Debian, Drupal, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 65 Debian Linux, Drupal, Fedora and 62 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.9 Medium |
In jQuery versions greater than or equal to 1.0.3 and before 3.5.0, passing HTML containing <option> elements from untrusted sources - even after sanitizing it - to one of jQuery's DOM manipulation methods (i.e. .html(), .append(), and others) may execute untrusted code. This problem is patched in jQuery 3.5.0. | ||||
CVE-2020-11022 | 9 Debian, Drupal, Fedoraproject and 6 more | 88 Debian Linux, Drupal, Fedora and 85 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.9 Medium |
In jQuery versions greater than or equal to 1.2 and before 3.5.0, passing HTML from untrusted sources - even after sanitizing it - to one of jQuery's DOM manipulation methods (i.e. .html(), .append(), and others) may execute untrusted code. This problem is patched in jQuery 3.5.0. | ||||
CVE-2020-10878 | 6 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Opensuse and 3 more | 22 Fedora, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Snap Creator Framework and 19 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.6 High |
Perl before 5.30.3 has an integer overflow related to mishandling of a "PL_regkind[OP(n)] == NOTHING" situation. A crafted regular expression could lead to malformed bytecode with a possibility of instruction injection. | ||||
CVE-2020-10683 | 6 Canonical, Dom4j Project, Netapp and 3 more | 44 Ubuntu Linux, Dom4j, Oncommand Api Services and 41 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.8 Critical |
dom4j before 2.0.3 and 2.1.x before 2.1.3 allows external DTDs and External Entities by default, which might enable XXE attacks. However, there is popular external documentation from OWASP showing how to enable the safe, non-default behavior in any application that uses dom4j. |
