| CVE-2026-111821 | 1 Apache | 2 Activemq, Activemq Kahadb | 2026-11-07 | 6.5 Medium |
| Improper input validation vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB. A user can create a durable subscription with a clientId and subscription name that have a combined length > 65,535 (while separately being shorter) on a broker using KahaDB which can cause the broker to shutdown and be unrecoverable. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12; Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.4.0, 6.3.3 or 5.19.12, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111822 | 1 Apache | 2 Activemq, Activemq Runtime Config | 2026-11-07 | 4.3 Medium |
| Improper invalidation of cached authorizations vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ Runtime Config. After the runtime configuration plugin removes a principal's write grant on a destination, an authenticated connection opened before the change can keep sending to that destination, including through a new anonymous producer, while fresh connections and new explicit producers are denied. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12; Apache ActiveMQ Runtime Config: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.4.0, 6.3.3 or 5.19.12, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-108949 | 1 Apache | 2 Activemq, Activemq Broker | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| Denial of Service via OOM vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, ActiveMQ Broker. An authenticated OpenWire client that sends a ConsumerInfo for a temporary queue/topic owned by another connection is rejected with InvalidDestinationException, but the rejected Subscription is left behind in the region's subscriptions map. Repeating the request leaks broker heap until OOM because the broker does not clean up the rejected subscriptions in the map. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12; ActiveMQ Broker: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.4.0, 6.3.3, or 5.19.12, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-108946 | 1 Apache | 2 Activemq, Activemq Broker | 2026-11-04 | 6.3 Medium |
| Improper input validation vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB. The ActiveMQ broker resolves connection, session and consumer state from ids that are user provided and in some scenarios does not validate that they ids are bound to that user. This allows an authenticated client to spoof another user's ids. This allows: * an authenticated client consumes from another connection's temporary queue/topic by putting the victim's connection id in its own ConsumerId, bypassing the broker-side ownership check. * a duplicate ConsumerId registration is only logged, after which the attacker's RemoveInfo or disconnect tears down the victim's live subscription * a forged MessageAck for the victim's ConsumerId permanently deletes an in-flight, unacknowledged message. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12; Apache ActiveMQ KahaDB: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.4.0, 6.3.3, or 5.19.12, which fixes the issue. | ||||

| CVE-2021-21342 | 7 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 21 Activemq, Jmeter, Debian Linux and 18 more | 2026-10-07 | 5.3 Medium |
| XStream is a Java library to serialize objects to XML and back again. In XStream before version 1.4.16, there is a vulnerability where the processed stream at unmarshalling time contains type information to recreate the formerly written objects. XStream creates therefore new instances based on these type information. An attacker can manipulate the processed input stream and replace or inject objects, that result in a server-side forgery request. No user is affected, who followed the recommendation to setup XStream's security framework with a whitelist limited to the minimal required types. If you rely on XStream's default blacklist of the Security Framework, you will have to use at least version 1.4.16. | ||||

| CVE-2026-59878 | 1 Apache | 3 Activemq, Activemq All, Activemq Amqp | 2026-07-28 | 7.5 High |
| Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ AMQP, Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ All. A remote unauthenticated peer that can reach an exposed AMQP NIO connector can trigger denial-of-service behavior by sending a frame size value. This cause the NIO threads to die and if done rapidly enough can lead to exhaustion of the NIO thread pool denying service to other connections. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ AMQP: before 5.19.9, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.8; Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.9, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.8; Apache ActiveMQ All: before 5.19.9, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.8. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.19.9, 6.2.8, or 6.3.0 which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61487 | 1 Apache | 3 Activemq, Activemq All, Activemq Broker | 2026-07-28 | 6.5 Medium |
| Improper Authorization vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ Broker, Apache ActiveMQ All, Apache ActiveMQ. An authenticated low-privilege user can bypass a per-destination write ACL by sending to an ActiveMQ temporary composite destination whose physical name is a comma-separated composite of real queues. This allows publishing messages to any of the destinations in the list without proper write ACL permissions because the authorization check is bypassed due to the composite destination being marked as temporary. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ Broker: before 5.19.9, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.8; Apache ActiveMQ All: before 5.19.9, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.8; Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.9, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.8. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.19.9, 6.2.8 or 6.3.0, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54475 | 1 Apache | 3 Activemq, Activemq All, Activemq Broker | 2026-07-01 | 7.5 High |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ Broker, Apache ActiveMQ All, Apache ActiveMQ. Apache ActiveMQ Classic temporary destinations are expected to be isolated to the connection that created them. The isolation can be broken as this is only checked in the client, allowing a different connection to consume from another connection's temporary destination. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ Broker: before 5.19.8, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.7; Apache ActiveMQ All: before 5.19.8, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.7; Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.8, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.7. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.2.7, which fixes the issue. | ||||

| Memory Allocation with Excessive Size Value vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, Apache ActiveMQ All, Apache ActiveMQ Stomp. An unauthenticated client that opens a STOMP NIO connection can send header bytes that never terminate which makes the broker buffer them without limit, exhausting the JVM heap. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.8, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.7; Apache ActiveMQ All: before 5.19.8, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.7; Apache ActiveMQ Stomp: before 5.19.8, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.7. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.2.7 or 5.19.8, which fixes the issue. | ||||
