| CVE-2019-6454 | 8 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 26 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 23 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.5 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in sd-bus in systemd 239. bus_process_object() in libsystemd/sd-bus/bus-objects.c allocates a variable-length stack buffer for temporarily storing the object path of incoming D-Bus messages. An unprivileged local user can exploit this by sending a specially crafted message to PID1, causing the stack pointer to jump over the stack guard pages into an unmapped memory region and trigger a denial of service (systemd PID1 crash and kernel panic). | ||||
| CVE-2019-6251 | 7 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Gnome and 4 more | 7 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Epiphany and 4 more | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| WebKitGTK and WPE WebKit prior to version 2.24.1 are vulnerable to address bar spoofing upon certain JavaScript redirections. An attacker could cause malicious web content to be displayed as if for a trusted URI. This is similar to the CVE-2018-8383 issue in Microsoft Edge. | ||||
| CVE-2019-6237 | 2 Apple, Redhat | 7 Icloud, Iphone Os, Itunes and 4 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
| Multiple memory corruption issues were addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in iOS 12.3, macOS Mojave 10.14.5, tvOS 12.3, Safari 12.1.1, iTunes for Windows 12.9.5, iCloud for Windows 7.12. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2019-6133 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Polkit Project and 1 more | 12 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Polkit and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| In PolicyKit (aka polkit) 0.115, the "start time" protection mechanism can be bypassed because fork() is not atomic, and therefore authorization decisions are improperly cached. This is related to lack of uid checking in polkitbackend/polkitbackendinteractiveauthority.c. | ||||
| CVE-2019-6116 | 6 Artifex, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 12 Ghostscript, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
| In Artifex Ghostscript through 9.26, ephemeral or transient procedures can allow access to system operators, leading to remote code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5953 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 6 Wget, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| Buffer overflow in GNU Wget 1.20.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) or may execute an arbitrary code via unspecified vectors. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5827 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
| Integer overflow in SQLite via WebSQL in Google Chrome prior to 74.0.3729.131 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5798 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Google and 3 more | 8 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Chrome and 5 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 Medium |
| Lack of correct bounds checking in Skia in Google Chrome prior to 73.0.3683.75 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5785 | 2 Google, Redhat | 2 Chrome, Enterprise Linux | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| Incorrect convexity calculations in Skia in Google Chrome prior to 72.0.3626.81 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory write via a crafted HTML page. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5737 | 3 Nodejs, Opensuse, Redhat | 4 Node.js, Leap, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| In Node.js including 6.x before 6.17.0, 8.x before 8.15.1, 10.x before 10.15.2, and 11.x before 11.10.1, an attacker can cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by establishing an HTTP or HTTPS connection in keep-alive mode and by sending headers very slowly. This keeps the connection and associated resources alive for a long period of time. Potential attacks are mitigated by the use of a load balancer or other proxy layer. This vulnerability is an extension of CVE-2018-12121, addressed in November and impacts all active Node.js release lines including 6.x before 6.17.0, 8.x before 8.15.1, 10.x before 10.15.2, and 11.x before 11.10.1. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5736 | 13 Apache, Canonical, D2iq and 10 more | 20 Mesos, Ubuntu Linux, Dc\/os and 17 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.6 High |
| runc through 1.0-rc6, as used in Docker before 18.09.2 and other products, allows attackers to overwrite the host runc binary (and consequently obtain host root access) by leveraging the ability to execute a command as root within one of these types of containers: (1) a new container with an attacker-controlled image, or (2) an existing container, to which the attacker previously had write access, that can be attached with docker exec. This occurs because of file-descriptor mishandling, related to /proc/self/exe. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5489 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 11 Linux Kernel, Active Iq Performance Analytics Services, Element Software Management Node and 8 more | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| The mincore() implementation in mm/mincore.c in the Linux kernel through 4.19.13 allowed local attackers to observe page cache access patterns of other processes on the same system, potentially allowing sniffing of secret information. (Fixing this affects the output of the fincore program.) Limited remote exploitation may be possible, as demonstrated by latency differences in accessing public files from an Apache HTTP Server. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5108 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 23 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 20 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 Medium |
| An exploitable denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel prior to mainline 5.3. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by triggering AP to send IAPP location updates for stations before the required authentication process has completed. This could lead to different denial-of-service scenarios, either by causing CAM table attacks, or by leading to traffic flapping if faking already existing clients in other nearby APs of the same wireless infrastructure. An attacker can forge Authentication and Association Request packets to trigger this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5018 | 3 Canonical, Redhat, Sqlite | 3 Ubuntu Linux, Enterprise Linux, Sqlite | 2024-11-21 | 8.1 High |
| An exploitable use after free vulnerability exists in the window function functionality of Sqlite3 3.26.0. A specially crafted SQL command can cause a use after free vulnerability, potentially resulting in remote code execution. An attacker can send a malicious SQL command to trigger this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2019-5010 | 4 Debian, Opensuse, Python and 1 more | 9 Debian Linux, Leap, Python and 6 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
| An exploitable denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the X509 certificate parser of Python.org Python 2.7.11 / 3.6.6. A specially crafted X509 certificate can cause a NULL pointer dereference, resulting in a denial of service. An attacker can initiate or accept TLS connections using crafted certificates to trigger this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3902 | 3 Debian, Mercurial, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Mercurial, Enterprise Linux | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
| A flaw was found in Mercurial before 4.9. It was possible to use symlinks and subrepositories to defeat Mercurial's path-checking logic and write files outside a repository. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3901 | 4 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 1 more | 14 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager For Vmware Vsphere and 11 more | 2024-11-21 | 4.7 Medium |
| A race condition in perf_event_open() allows local attackers to leak sensitive data from setuid programs. As no relevant locks (in particular the cred_guard_mutex) are held during the ptrace_may_access() call, it is possible for the specified target task to perform an execve() syscall with setuid execution before perf_event_alloc() actually attaches to it, allowing an attacker to bypass the ptrace_may_access() check and the perf_event_exit_task(current) call that is performed in install_exec_creds() during privileged execve() calls. This issue affects kernel versions before 4.8. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3900 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 20 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 17 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.7 High |
| An infinite loop issue was found in the vhost_net kernel module in Linux Kernel up to and including v5.1-rc6, while handling incoming packets in handle_rx(). It could occur if one end sends packets faster than the other end can process them. A guest user, maybe remote one, could use this flaw to stall the vhost_net kernel thread, resulting in a DoS scenario. | ||||
