CVE-2019-18805 5 Broadcom, Linux, Netapp and 2 more 22 Fabric Operating System, Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager and 19 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
An issue was discovered in net/ipv4/sysctl_net_ipv4.c in the Linux kernel before 5.0.11. There is a net/ipv4/tcp_input.c signed integer overflow in tcp_ack_update_rtt() when userspace writes a very large integer to /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_min_rtt_wlen, leading to a denial of service or possibly unspecified other impact, aka CID-19fad20d15a6.
CVE-2019-17498 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 3 more 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 10 more 2024-11-21 8.1 High
In libssh2 v1.9.0 and earlier versions, the SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT logic in packet.c has an integer overflow in a bounds check, enabling an attacker to specify an arbitrary (out-of-bounds) offset for a subsequent memory read. A crafted SSH server may be able to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial of service condition on the client system when a user connects to the server.
CVE-2019-17006 4 Mozilla, Netapp, Redhat and 1 more 27 Network Security Services, Hci Compute Node, Hci Management Node and 24 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
In Network Security Services (NSS) before 3.46, several cryptographic primitives had missing length checks. In cases where the application calling the library did not perform a sanity check on the inputs it could result in a crash due to a buffer overflow.
CVE-2019-13272 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more 25 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 22 more 2024-11-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel before 5.1.17, ptrace_link in kernel/ptrace.c mishandles the recording of the credentials of a process that wants to create a ptrace relationship, which allows local users to obtain root access by leveraging certain scenarios with a parent-child process relationship, where a parent drops privileges and calls execve (potentially allowing control by an attacker). One contributing factor is an object lifetime issue (which can also cause a panic). Another contributing factor is incorrect marking of a ptrace relationship as privileged, which is exploitable through (for example) Polkit's pkexec helper with PTRACE_TRACEME. NOTE: SELinux deny_ptrace might be a usable workaround in some environments.
CVE-2019-11815 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 15 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 12 more 2024-11-21 8.1 High
An issue was discovered in rds_tcp_kill_sock in net/rds/tcp.c in the Linux kernel before 5.0.8. There is a race condition leading to a use-after-free, related to net namespace cleanup.
CVE-2019-0201 5 Apache, Debian, Netapp and 2 more 14 Activemq, Drill, Zookeeper and 11 more 2024-11-21 5.9 Medium
An issue is present in Apache ZooKeeper 1.0.0 to 3.4.13 and 3.5.0-alpha to 3.5.4-beta. ZooKeeper’s getACL() command doesn’t check any permission when retrieves the ACLs of the requested node and returns all information contained in the ACL Id field as plaintext string. DigestAuthenticationProvider overloads the Id field with the hash value that is used for user authentication. As a consequence, if Digest Authentication is in use, the unsalted hash value will be disclosed by getACL() request for unauthenticated or unprivileged users.
CVE-2018-25032 11 Apple, Azul, Debian and 8 more 45 Mac Os X, Macos, Zulu and 42 more 2024-11-21 7.5 High
zlib before 1.2.12 allows memory corruption when deflating (i.e., when compressing) if the input has many distant matches.
CVE-2018-20836 7 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 4 more 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Traffix Signaling Delivery Controller and 13 more 2024-11-21 8.1 High
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 4.20. There is a race condition in smp_task_timedout() and smp_task_done() in drivers/scsi/libsas/sas_expander.c, leading to a use-after-free.
CVE-2017-5715 8 Arm, Canonical, Debian and 5 more 230 Cortex-a, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 227 more 2024-11-21 5.6 Medium
Systems with microprocessors utilizing speculative execution and indirect branch prediction may allow unauthorized disclosure of information to an attacker with local user access via a side-channel analysis.
