CVE-2024-6387 9 Amazon, Canonical, Debian and 6 more 24 Linux 2023, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 21 more 2025-05-21 8.1 High
A security regression (CVE-2006-5051) was discovered in OpenSSH's server (sshd). There is a race condition which can lead sshd to handle some signals in an unsafe manner. An unauthenticated, remote attacker may be able to trigger it by failing to authenticate within a set time period.
CVE-2025-0624 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2025-05-21 7.6 High
A flaw was found in grub2. During the network boot process, when trying to search for the configuration file, grub copies data from a user controlled environment variable into an internal buffer using the grub_strcpy() function. During this step, it fails to consider the environment variable length when allocating the internal buffer, resulting in an out-of-bounds write. If correctly exploited, this issue may result in remote code execution through the same network segment grub is searching for the boot information, which can be used to by-pass secure boot protections.
CVE-2023-50269 2 Redhat, Squid-cache 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2025-05-21 8.6 High
Squid is a caching proxy for the Web. Due to an Uncontrolled Recursion bug in versions 2.6 through 2.7.STABLE9, versions 3.1 through 5.9, and versions 6.0.1 through 6.5, Squid may be vulnerable to a Denial of Service attack against HTTP Request parsing. This problem allows a remote client to perform Denial of Service attack by sending a large X-Forwarded-For header when the follow_x_forwarded_for feature is configured. This bug is fixed by Squid version 6.6. In addition, patches addressing this problem for the stable releases can be found in Squid's patch archives.
CVE-2025-46421 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 2 more 2025-05-21 6.8 Medium
A flaw was found in libsoup. When libsoup clients encounter an HTTP redirect, they mistakenly send the HTTP Authorization header to the new host that the redirection points to. This allows the new host to impersonate the user to the original host that issued the redirect.
CVE-2024-35789 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 2 more 2025-05-21 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: check/clear fast rx for non-4addr sta VLAN changes When moving a station out of a VLAN and deleting the VLAN afterwards, the fast_rx entry still holds a pointer to the VLAN's netdev, which can cause use-after-free bugs. Fix this by immediately calling ieee80211_check_fast_rx after the VLAN change.
CVE-2022-48796 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 1 more 2025-05-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu: Fix potential use-after-free during probe Kasan has reported the following use after free on dev->iommu. when a device probe fails and it is in process of freeing dev->iommu in dev_iommu_free function, a deferred_probe_work_func runs in parallel and tries to access dev->iommu->fwspec in of_iommu_configure path thus causing use after free. CVE-2022-48773 2 Linux, Redhat 6 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 3 more 2025-05-21 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xprtrdma: fix pointer derefs in error cases of rpcrdma_ep_create If there are failures then we must not leave the non-NULL pointers with the error value, otherwise `rpcrdma_ep_destroy` gets confused and tries free them, resulting in an Oops.
CVE-2022-48695 2 Linux, Redhat 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 2 more 2025-05-21 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: mpt3sas: Fix use-after-free warning Fix the following use-after-free warning which is observed during controller reset: refcount_t: underflow; use-after-free. WARNING: CPU: 23 PID: 5399 at lib/refcount.c:28 refcount_warn_saturate+0xa6/0xf0
CVE-2021-47624 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s 2025-05-21 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sunrpc: fix reference count leaks in rpc_sysfs_xprt_state_change The refcount leak issues take place in an error handling path. When the 3rd argument buf doesn't match with "offline", "online" or "remove", the function simply returns -EINVAL and forgets to decrease the reference count of a rpc_xprt object and a rpc_xprt_switch object increased by rpc_sysfs_xprt_kobj_get_xprt() and rpc_sysfs_xprt_kobj_get_xprt_switch(), causing reference count leaks of both unused objects. Fix this issue by jumping to the error handling path labelled with out_put when buf matches none of "offline", "online" or "remove".
CVE-2024-9675 2 Buildah Project, Redhat 21 Buildah, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 18 more 2025-05-21 7.8 High
A vulnerability was found in Buildah. Cache mounts do not properly validate that user-specified paths for the cache are within our cache directory, allowing a `RUN` instruction in a Container file to mount an arbitrary directory from the host (read/write) into the container as long as those files can be accessed by the user running Buildah.
CVE-2024-52337 1 Redhat 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more 2025-05-21 5.5 Medium
A log spoofing flaw was found in the Tuned package due to improper sanitization of some API arguments. This flaw allows an attacker to pass a controlled sequence of characters; newlines can be inserted into the log. Instead of the 'evil' the attacker could mimic a valid TuneD log line and trick the administrator. The quotes '' are usually used in TuneD logs citing raw user input, so there will always be the ' character ending the spoofed input, and the administrator can easily overlook this. This logged string is later used in logging and in the output of utilities, for example, `tuned-adm get_instances` or other third-party programs that use Tuned's D-Bus interface for such operations.
CVE-2024-8176 1 Redhat 8 Devworkspace, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Core Services and 5 more 2025-05-21 7.5 High
A stack overflow vulnerability exists in the libexpat library due to the way it handles recursive entity expansion in XML documents. When parsing an XML document with deeply nested entity references, libexpat can be forced to recurse indefinitely, exhausting the stack space and causing a crash. This issue could lead to denial of service (DoS) or, in some cases, exploitable memory corruption, depending on the environment and library usage.
CVE-2024-3049 2 Clusterlabs, Redhat 11 Booth, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 8 more 2025-05-21 5.9 Medium
A flaw was found in Booth, a cluster ticket manager. If a specially-crafted hash is passed to gcry_md_get_algo_dlen(), it may allow an invalid HMAC to be accepted by the Booth server.
CVE-2024-4467 1 Redhat 7 Advanced Virtualization, Container Native Virtualization, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2025-05-21 7.8 High
A flaw was found in the QEMU disk image utility (qemu-img) 'info' command. A specially crafted image file containing a `json:{}` value describing block devices in QMP could cause the qemu-img process on the host to consume large amounts of memory or CPU time, leading to denial of service or read/write to an existing external file.
CVE-2024-36941 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 7 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2025-05-20 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: nl80211: don't free NULL coalescing rule If the parsing fails, we can dereference a NULL pointer here.
CVE-2025-26601 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more 2025-05-17 7.8 High
A use-after-free flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. When changing an alarm, the values of the change mask are evaluated one after the other, changing the trigger values as requested, and eventually, SyncInitTrigger() is called. If one of the changes triggers an error, the function will return early, not adding the new sync object, possibly causing a use-after-free when the alarm eventually triggers.
CVE-2025-26600 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more 2025-05-17 7.8 High
A use-after-free flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. When a device is removed while still frozen, the events queued for that device remain while the device is freed. Replaying the events will cause a use-after-free.
CVE-2021-40438 11 Apache, Broadcom, Debian and 8 more 45 Http Server, Brocade Fabric Operating System Firmware, Debian Linux and 42 more 2025-05-16 9 Critical
A crafted request uri-path can cause mod_proxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier.
CVE-2025-3875 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s, Rhel Eus 2025-05-16 7.5 High
Thunderbird parses addresses in a way that can allow sender spoofing in case the server allows an invalid From address to be used. For example, if the From header contains an (invalid) value "Spoofed Name ", Thunderbird treats spoofed@example.com as the actual address. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 128.10.1 and Thunderbird < 138.0.1.
CVE-2025-3877 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s, Rhel Eus 2025-05-16 5.4 Medium
A crafted HTML email using mailbox:/// links can trigger automatic, unsolicited downloads of .pdf files to the user's desktop or home directory without prompting, even if auto-saving is disabled. This behavior can be abused to fill the disk with garbage data (e.g. using /dev/urandom on Linux) or to leak Windows credentials via SMB links when the email is viewed in HTML mode. While user interaction is required to download the .pdf file, visual obfuscation can conceal the download trigger. Viewing the email in HTML mode is enough to load external content. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 128.10.1 and Thunderbird < 138.0.1.
