| CVE-2017-2862 | 3 Debian, Gnome, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Gdk-pixbuf, Enterprise Linux | 2025-04-20 | 7.8 High |
| An exploitable heap overflow vulnerability exists in the gdk_pixbuf__jpeg_image_load_increment functionality of Gdk-Pixbuf 2.36.6. A specially crafted jpeg file can cause a heap overflow resulting in remote code execution. An attacker can send a file or url to trigger this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2017-3257 | 4 Debian, Mariadb, Oracle and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Mariadb, Mysql and 1 more | 2025-04-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| Vulnerability in the MySQL Server component of Oracle MySQL (subcomponent: Server: InnoDB). Supported versions that are affected are 5.6.34 and earlier5.7.16 and earlier. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server. CVSS v3.0 Base Score 6.5 (Availability impacts). | ||||
| CVE-2017-8844 | 2 Debian, Long Range Zip Project | 2 Debian Linux, Long Range Zip | 2025-04-20 | 7.8 High |
| The read_1g function in stream.c in liblrzip.so in lrzip 0.631 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (heap-based buffer overflow and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted archive. | ||||
| CVE-2017-8846 | 2 Debian, Long Range Zip Project | 2 Debian Linux, Long Range Zip | 2025-04-20 | 5.5 Medium |
| The read_stream function in stream.c in liblrzip.so in lrzip 0.631 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (use-after-free and application crash) via a crafted archive. | ||||
| CVE-2017-16516 | 2 Debian, Yajl-ruby Project | 2 Debian Linux, Yajl-ruby | 2025-04-20 | 7.5 High |
| In the yajl-ruby gem 1.3.0 for Ruby, when a crafted JSON file is supplied to Yajl::Parser.new.parse, the whole ruby process crashes with a SIGABRT in the yajl_string_decode function in yajl_encode.c. This results in the whole ruby process terminating and potentially a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2017-9141 | 2 Debian, Imagemagick | 2 Debian Linux, Imagemagick | 2025-04-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| In ImageMagick 7.0.5-7 Q16, a crafted file could trigger an assertion failure in the ResetImageProfileIterator function in MagickCore/profile.c because of missing checks in the ReadDDSImage function in coders/dds.c. | ||||
| CVE-2017-9142 | 2 Debian, Imagemagick | 2 Debian Linux, Imagemagick | 2025-04-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| In ImageMagick 7.0.5-7 Q16, a crafted file could trigger an assertion failure in the WriteBlob function in MagickCore/blob.c because of missing checks in the ReadOneJNGImage function in coders/png.c. | ||||
| CVE-2017-9143 | 2 Debian, Imagemagick | 2 Debian Linux, Imagemagick | 2025-04-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| In ImageMagick 7.0.5-5, the ReadARTImage function in coders/art.c allows attackers to cause a denial of service (memory leak) via a crafted .art file. | ||||
| CVE-2017-3738 | 4 Debian, Nodejs, Openssl and 1 more | 5 Debian Linux, Node.js, Openssl and 2 more | 2025-04-20 | 5.9 Medium |
| There is an overflow bug in the AVX2 Montgomery multiplication procedure used in exponentiation with 1024-bit moduli. No EC algorithms are affected. Analysis suggests that attacks against RSA and DSA as a result of this defect would be very difficult to perform and are not believed likely. Attacks against DH1024 are considered just feasible, because most of the work necessary to deduce information about a private key may be performed offline. The amount of resources required for such an attack would be significant. However, for an attack on TLS to be meaningful, the server would have to share the DH1024 private key among multiple clients, which is no longer an option since CVE-2016-0701. This only affects processors that support the AVX2 but not ADX extensions like Intel Haswell (4th generation). Note: The impact from this issue is similar to CVE-2017-3736, CVE-2017-3732 and CVE-2015-3193. OpenSSL version 1.0.2-1.0.2m and 1.1.0-1.1.0g are affected. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2n. Due to the low severity of this issue we are not issuing a new release of OpenSSL 1.1.0 at this time. The fix will be included in OpenSSL 1.1.0h when it becomes available. The fix is also available in commit e502cc86d in the OpenSSL git repository. | ||||
| CVE-2017-9214 | 3 Debian, Openvswitch, Redhat | 6 Debian Linux, Openvswitch, Enterprise Linux and 3 more | 2025-04-20 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Open vSwitch (OvS) 2.7.0, while parsing an OFPT_QUEUE_GET_CONFIG_REPLY type OFP 1.0 message, there is a buffer over-read that is caused by an unsigned integer underflow in the function `ofputil_pull_queue_get_config_reply10` in `lib/ofp-util.c`. | ||||
| CVE-2017-9216 | 2 Artifex, Debian | 2 Jbig2dec, Debian Linux | 2025-04-20 | 6.5 Medium |
| libjbig2dec.a in Artifex jbig2dec 0.13, as used in MuPDF and Ghostscript, has a NULL pointer dereference in the jbig2_huffman_get function in jbig2_huffman.c. For example, the jbig2dec utility will crash (segmentation fault) when parsing an invalid file. | ||||
