| CVE-2026-2448 | 2 Gpriday, Wordpress | 2 Page Builder By Siteorigin, Wordpress | 2026-04-23 | 8.8 High |
| The Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 2.33.5 via the locate_template() function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to include and execute arbitrary files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where images and other “safe” file types can be uploaded and included. | ||||
| CVE-2026-40050 | 1 Crowdstrike | 1 Logscale Self-hosted | 2026-04-23 | 9.8 Critical |
| CrowdStrike has released security updates to address a critical unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability (CVE-2026-40050) in LogScale. This vulnerability only requires mitigation by customers that host specific versions of LogScale and does not affect Next-Gen SIEM customers. The vulnerability exists in a specific cluster API endpoint that, if exposed, allows a remote attacker to read arbitrary files from the server filesystem without authentication. Next-Gen SIEM customers are not affected and do not need to take any action. CrowdStrike mitigated the vulnerability for LogScale SaaS customers by deploying network-layer blocks to all clusters on April 7, 2026. We have proactively reviewed all log data and there is no evidence of exploitation. LogScale Self-hosted customers should upgrade to a patched version immediately to remediate the vulnerability. CrowdStrike identified this vulnerability during continuous and ongoing product testing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6832 | 1 Nesquena | 1 Hermes-webui | 2026-04-23 | 8.1 High |
| Hermes WebUI contains an arbitrary file deletion vulnerability in the /api/session/delete endpoint that allows authenticated attackers to delete files outside the session directory by supplying an absolute path or path traversal payload in the session_id parameter. Attackers can exploit unvalidated session identifiers to construct paths that bypass the SESSION_DIR boundary and delete writable JSON files on the host system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6829 | 1 Nesquena | 1 Hermes-webui | 2026-04-23 | 6.3 Medium |
| nesquena hermes-webui contains a trust-boundary failure vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to set or change a session workspace to an arbitrary existing directory on disk by manipulating workspace path parameters in endpoints such as /api/session/new, /api/session/update, /api/chat/start, and /api/workspaces/add. Attackers can repoint a session workspace to a directory outside the intended trusted root and then use ordinary file read and write APIs to access or modify files outside the intended workspace boundary within the permissions of the hermes-webui process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-40611 | 1 Go-acme | 1 Lego | 2026-04-23 | 8.8 High |
| Let's Encrypt client and ACME library written in Go (Lego). Prior to 4.34.0, the webroot HTTP-01 challenge provider in lego is vulnerable to arbitrary file write and deletion via path traversal. A malicious ACME server can supply a crafted challenge token containing ../ sequences, causing lego to write attacker-influenced content to any path writable by the lego process. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.34.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-40576 | 1 Haris-musa | 1 Excel-mcp-server | 2026-04-23 | 9.4 Critical |
| excel-mcp-server is a Model Context Protocol server for Excel file manipulation. A path traversal vulnerability exists in excel-mcp-server versions up to and including 0.1.7. When running in SSE or Streamable-HTTP transport mode (the documented way to use this server remotely), an unauthenticated attacker on the network can read, write, and overwrite arbitrary files on the host filesystem by supplying crafted filepath arguments to any of the 25 exposed MCP tool handlers. The server is intended to confine file operations to a directory set by the EXCEL_FILES_PATH environment variable. The function responsible for enforcing this boundary — get_excel_path() — fails to do so due to two independent flaws: it passes absolute paths through without any check, and it joins relative paths without resolving or validating the result. Combined with zero authentication on the default network-facing transport and a default bind address of 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces), this allows trivial remote exploitation. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.1.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-41193 | 1 Freescout Helpdesk | 1 Freescout | 2026-04-23 | 9.1 Critical |
| FreeScout is a free self-hosted help desk and shared mailbox. Prior to version 1.8.215, FreeScout's module installation feature extracts ZIP archives without validating file paths, allowing an authenticated admin to write files arbitrarily on the server filesystem via a specially crafted ZIP. Version 1.8.215 fixes the vulnerability. | ||||

| CVE-2025-12496 | 2 Dylanjkotze, Wordpress | 2 Zephyr Project Manager, Wordpress | 2026-04-22 | 4.9 Medium |
| The Zephyr Project Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.203 via the `file` parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Custom-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. On a servers that have `allow_url_fopen` enabled, this issue allows for Server-Side Request Forgery | ||||
| CVE-2026-6227 | 2 Wordpress, Wp Media | 2 Wordpress, Backwpup – Wordpress Backup & Restore Plugin | 2026-04-22 | 7.2 High |
| The BackWPup plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion via the `block_name` parameter of the `/wp-json/backwpup/v1/getblock` REST endpoint in all versions up to, and including, 5.6.6 due to a non-recursive `str_replace()` sanitization of path traversal sequences. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to include arbitrary PHP files on the server via crafted traversal sequences (e.g., `....//`), which can be leveraged to read sensitive files such as `wp-config.php` or achieve remote code execution in certain configurations. Administrators have the ability to grant individual users permission to handle backups, which may then allow lower-level users to exploit this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2025-15470 | 2 Designingmedia, Wordpress | 2 Eleganzo, Wordpress | 2026-04-22 | 6.5 Medium |
| The Eleganzo theme for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary directory deletion due to insufficient path validation in the akd_required_plugin_callback function in all versions up to, and including, 1.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to delete arbitrary directories on the server, including the WordPress root directory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5478 | 2 Wordpress, Wpeverest | 2 Wordpress, Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder | 2026-04-22 | 8.1 High |
| The Everest Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Read and Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 3.4.4. This is due to the plugin trusting attacker-controlled old_files data from public form submissions as legitimate server-side upload state, and converting attacker-supplied URLs into local filesystem paths using regex-based string replacement without canonicalization or directory boundary enforcement. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary local files (e.g., wp-config.php) by injecting path-traversal payloads into the old_files upload field parameter, which are then attached to notification emails. The same path resolution is also used in the post-email cleanup routine, which calls unlink() on the resolved path, resulting in the targeted file being deleted after being attached. This can lead to full site compromise through disclosure of database credentials and authentication salts from wp-config.php, and denial of service through deletion of critical files. Prerequisite: The form must contain a file-upload or image-upload field, and disable storing entry information. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6591 | 1 Comfy | 1 Comfyui | 2026-04-22 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw has been found in ComfyUI up to 0.13.0. Affected is the function folder_paths.get_annotated_filepath of the file folder_paths.py of the component LoadImage Node. This manipulation of the argument Name causes path traversal. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5710 | 2 Glenwpcoder, Wordpress | 2 Drag And Drop Multiple File Upload For Contact Form 7, Wordpress | 2026-04-22 | 7.5 High |
| The Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Path Traversal leading to Arbitrary File Read in versions up to and including 1.3.9.6. This is due to the plugin using client-supplied mfile[] POST values as the source of truth for email attachment selection without performing any server-side upload provenance check, path canonicalization, or directory containment boundary enforcement. In dnd_wpcf7_posted_data(), each user-submitted filename is directly appended to the plugin's upload URL without sanitization. In dnd_cf7_mail_components(), the URL is converted back to a filesystem path using str_replace() and only file_exists() is used as the acceptance check before attaching the file to the outgoing CF7 email. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read and exfiltrate arbitrary files readable by the web server process via path traversal sequences in the mfile[] parameter, with files being disclosed as email attachments. Note: This vulnerability is limited to the 'wp-content' folder due to the wpcf7_is_file_path_in_content_dir() function in the Contact Form 7 plugin. | ||||
